Terms of service

1. What we sell

ValidFlight provides a service that creates a genuine, unticketed airline reservation (a “hold” booking with a PNR code) in the customer's name, delivered as an e-mail itinerary and PDF. The fee covers this service only; no flight ticket is purchased and the reservation cannot be used to board a flight.

2. Validity

A reservation remains valid until the airline's hold deadline (typically 24–72 hours). With auto-renew plans we recreate the reservation with a new PNR each time it is released, until the end of the purchased period or the departure date, whichever comes first. Each renewal produces a new PNR; the old one becomes invalid.

3. Refunds

If we fail to deliver a verifiable reservation, we refund the full fee. Otherwise the fee is non-refundable once the reservation has been delivered.

4. Acceptable use

The document is intended as supporting documentation (visa application, proof of onward travel). You must not present it as a paid flight ticket. Whether a reservation satisfies a particular embassy, airline or border authority is outside our control and remains your responsibility.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fee paid. We are not liable for visa refusals, denied boarding or other decisions of third parties.
