Privacy policy

To create a reservation we process the passenger data you provide: name, title, gender, date of birth, e-mail address and phone number.

• Purpose: creating the airline reservation, delivering the itinerary, auto-renewals and customer support.
• Sharing: passenger data is transmitted to our booking provider (Duffel) and the operating airline as required to create the reservation, and payment data is handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.
• Retention: order data is kept for 12 months for support and accounting, then deleted.
• Your rights (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure and portability — contact us at the e-mail address in your itinerary.
